Consolidate Motorcycle Mechanics Institute and Marine Mechanics Institute (jointly referred to as MMI) to Universal Technical Institute’s main campus.


Motorcycle Mechanics Institute is a Division of Universal Technical Institute located in Orlando, Florida. MMI is a trade school that has the instructors, facilities, and state-of-the-industry tools and technology to help prepare for a career in the motorcycle industry.

The project’s goal was to conduct a safe and successful relocation and setup of 33 class labs with prior decommissioning of all classrooms/machine labs without disrupting the ongoing class schedule.
Our Team had to ensure that all class schedules were adhered to and that all classrooms were set up in time for classes to start.
