Sorensen Moving & Storage is hosting a Spread the Love food drive at both their Melbourne and Orlando locations from February 8-28, 2021. In partnership with Move for Hunger, Sorensen has committed to help facilitate over 5,000 pounds of food donations to local area food banks in 2021.

Donations can be made in-person from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Melbourne location at 950 W Eau Gallie Blvd. or at their Orlando location at 603 W Landstreet Rd Ste A. Spread the Love focuses on collecting peanut butter and jelly but all shelf-stable food donations are welcome.

“We’ve always been committed to our community. People are often throwing out food from their pantries when they move, so this partnership with Move for Hunger just makes sense,” said Scott Sorensen, CEO at Sorensen Moving & Storage. “We just want to give back in the best ways we can. This food drive and our efforts throughout the year could make a real impact on local families.”
